- Your fault, you will afford the extra cost if you want to re-make.
- Both fault, afford the re-make cost together, or we provide you a some discount because of our part fault.
4. Broken or lost when shipping
- Please take photos and tell the express for the complain, then send pictures to us, we'll help you to claim for compensation from express, and then, re-make for you or send you compensation.
5. Tax
- Sellers afford the tax exporting from China, and buyers afford the importing tax of their own country, according to international practice.
